About Cecilia
My name is Cecilia Rabecca Mphande, candidate for Henty Ward. Having lived in Pakenham for over a decade, and as a long-lived experienced educator, brave active community advocate and a mother of five married children, it is time I will give back to my community. It is time I will work for you and be your much needed voice. I will authentically represent, and 100 percent communicate with you until Cardinia is a HAVEN for ALL.
